Quality is an integral part of our manufacturing system. The ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications verify conformance to standards with a Scope of Manufacturing and Supply of Rocker Arm Screws, Machined and Ground components for automotive and other Allied Industries.Our quality policy is “To consistently provide customer satisfaction in Quality, Delivery and Value”.
- We have proper machinery & inspection along with quality control tools to ensure quality
- Well documented inspection process at all stages, focusing on defect prevention within the process than detection after the process
- Continuous improvement and utilization of tools and processes to deliver quality results such as Kaizen, Poka Yoke, lean production and have strategic approach to production

Our Assurance
We have a well-defined quality system in place to ensure reliable product quality. To supplement our manufacturing setup, we have well equipped Laboratory facilities. We are entirely customer Driven and have a strong technical team combine their experience and knowledge with the most modern computer assisted equipment to create special, precise tools required for each particular job. The result is consistent, quality production from first order through each subsequent re-order.
